friendly staff cute smile small rooms poor range

The staff was very friendly and smiling. I was charmed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The meals at the Gallery and River Bar restaurants are a delight. Manju at the Executive Lounge deserves a special mention for her cute smile and her readiness to assist guests.

I found the executive rooms to be small and tired.

airport shuttle hotel wide selection breakfast quiet corridors limited options menu early knock door faulty barrier carpark

the airport shuttle ran all day it connected the terminal to the hotel quickly. the breakfast provided a wide selection it included both savory and sweet options. the corridors were quiet the room was also spacious and spotlessly clean.

i pre-booked an evening meal the vegetarian options were limited on the set menu.

Convenient stay near Terminal 5

hotel upgrade lounge access

Calliston helped me a lot on the morning of february 15 after my 20-hour flight. I was very tired and he really assisted me. He arranged an upgrade for £50, so i had a room right away. He also gave me lounge access for breakfast and drinks, a great help after my journey.

Breakfast had fresh options and great service, especially from Mark and Ayesha. The staff members were friendly and ensured i had everything needed. It added to my experience at the hotel.

The spacious hydrotherapy pool offered a relaxing ambiance with lots of privacy. I found the massage really good thanks to simran, the masseuse.

Mixed feelings about my stay.

closed lounge poor communication

I was quite disappointed that the executive lounge was closed. I paid extra expecting access! The main restaurant was also closed. The lack of communication was frustrating. I found it quite dishonest.

a decent stay near the airport

spacious room useful amenities missing cot missing fridge

i found the room to be clean and spacious. it had useful amenities. the gym had mostly cardio machines that seemed reasonable.

my requests weren't ready when i checked in. i requested a cot but it was not in the room upon my arrival. the room did not have a fridge either even though i asked for one it never came.
