hotel upgradelounge access
Calliston helped me a lot on the morning of february 15 after my 20-hour flight. I was very tired and he really assisted me. He arranged an upgrade for £50, so i had a room right away. He also gave me lounge access for breakfast and drinks, a great help after my journey.

Breakfast had fresh options and great service, especially from Mark and Ayesha. The staff members were friendly and ensured i had everything needed. It added to my experience at the hotel.

The spacious hydrotherapy pool offered a relaxing ambiance with lots of privacy. I found the massage really good thanks to simran, the masseuse.

Mixed feelings about my stay.

I was quite disappointed that the executive lounge was closed. I paid extra expecting access! The main restaurant was also closed. The lack of communication was frustrating. I found it quite dishonest.

i found the room to be clean and spacious. it had useful amenities. the gym had mostly cardio machines that seemed reasonable.
my requests weren't ready when i checked in. i requested a cot but it was not in the room upon my arrival. the room did not have a fridge either even though i asked for one it never came.
